Cats Limited is looking for a Veterinary Assistant who genuinely enjoys cats and wants to grow in a hospital built entirely around feline medicine. We are a feline-only, AAHA-accredited hospital in West Hartford, Connecticut focused on low-stress handling, feline behavior, advanced medicine, and creating an experience that feels calmer and more personal for both cats and their owners. Our hospital was intentionally designed around feline patients - from our handling approach to our quieter workflow and client experience. We are looking for someone who values kindness, communication, curiosity, and relationship-building just as much as technical skills. This is a strong fit for someone who already has some veterinary experience and wants to continue growing their skills within a highly supportive, cat-focused environment.

You may help with:

• Feline patient handling and restraint
• Exam room support
• Client communication and education
• Laboratory sample support
• Diagnostics and treatment workflow
• Technician appointments
• Surgery and anesthesia support
• Care for hospitalized or I-131 patients, if trained and interested

Compensation expected around $17-22/hour based on experience. We also have flexible schedules for the right candidate.
