Compensation & Benefits

• Years 1 & 2 Guarantee: $650,000, utilizing the higher of the guarantee or wRVU production from Day 1.
• Year 3+ Earning Potential: 100% wRVU production model with a realistic earning potential of $738,934+ based on achievable targets.
