Key Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized physical therapy programs including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
• Provide patient education and maintain clear communication throughout the care process
• Deliver care primarily in an outpatient setting, with a small portion of time dedicated to long-term care and skilled swing patients
• Treat a broad range of patients and conditions presenting through the facility
• Maintain positive working relationships with other health professionals and ancillary staff
• Contribute to and receive suggestions in a collaborative, community-focused care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana)
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Experience treating a diverse patient population across varying diagnoses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt to a community-based care philosophy and environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing environments
• Experience working in rural or community-based healthcare settings
