Physical Therapist Location: Holmdel, NJ Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,296 to $2,496 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Holmdel, NJ at an outpatient facility. Provide skilled care to an adult and geriatric mixed outpatient caseload focused on ortho and spine conditions, working with commercial insurance and private pay patients. The team includes one full-time PT, one full-time OT, acupuncture, and chiropractic services. Candidates experienced with ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR are preferred. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey PT state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Comfortable treating a mixed outpatient caseload: ortho and spine, primarily adult and geriatric patients.
• Experience working with commercial insurance and private pay patients preferred.
• Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including OT, acupuncture, and chiropractic providers.
• Experience in high-volume outpatient clinics.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm.
• Office located in a large professional building with on-site parking and nearby food options.
• Team structure: 1 full-time PT and 1 full-time OT on site.
