Physical Therapist Location: Jonesboro, GA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,872 to $2,072 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Jonesboro, GA working in an outpatient clinic. Provide evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services, and educate patients, families and colleagues. Maintain documentation, ensure care under valid physician orders, and participate in performance improvement and student training as assigned. Uphold professional licensure, ethical standards, and organizational safety practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• New graduate acceptable; clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic or outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to complete timely and accurate medical record documentation, letters of medical necessity, goal writing, and charge entry.
• Experience with comprehensive patient evaluations and developing functional treatment plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising or precepting students.
• Demonstrated engagement in professional development and continuing education.
• Familiarity with performance improvement processes and outpatient clinic workflows.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 32–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Clinic setting: Outpatient.
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
