- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, 40 hours per week
- 30 units per week productivity expectation
- Home health/adult care setting
- EMR: HomeCare HomeBase, OASIS, and Outlook
- Home health experience required
- Documentation due within 24 hours
