Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Tennessee PTA license or ability to obtain required state license prior to assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing therapeutic exercise, gait training, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or contract experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred.
