Details Home health setting, supporting the Morris County region Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule with no weekend shifts required 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day Epic used for charting; experience preferred Possibility of floating to a nearby sister facility Requirements Active NJ PT license required; license required if applicable Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required 0–4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist strongly preferred Home health experience preferred Acute care experience in a large academic medical setting preferred Board Certification as a Clinical Specialist in an area applicable to acute care preferred Epic EMR experience preferred Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible 2 professional references required for consideration Additional Information Core responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, patient and family education, documentation, and appropriate billing Supports lead clinicians in competency development and participates in new staff orientation May serve as a clinical instructor for PT students Exercises independent clinical judgment on moderately complex cases with minimal supervision Candidates who completed a clinical affiliation with this health system will be given preference Orientation is conducted on-site in Morristown, NJ American Traveler Job ID P-687283.
