Position Overview
We are seeking a Sports Medicine Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Grand Cayman on a full-time contracted basis.
This is an on-site clinical role with flexible scheduling and significant opportunity for professional growth. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based sport and exercise medicine care within a collaborative, movement-focused environment.
This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about musculoskeletal medicine, performance optimization, rehabilitation, and modern conservative care strategies.
Clinical Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
Assessment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries
Diagnosis and treatment of sport-related and overuse conditions
Exercise-based rehabilitation planning and return-to-sport decision making
Collaboration with chiropractors and rehabilitation professionals on patient care plans
Diagnostic MSK ultrasound and image-guided procedures
Regenerative medicine treatments including PRP and injection-based therapies
Performance-focused care and athlete management
Community education and outreach initiatives
Participation in event coverage and athlete support opportunities (optional)
Qualifications
MD or equivalent medical degree
Designation in Sport & Exercise Medicine (or eligibility preferred)
Valid medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in the Cayman Islands
Strong clinical interest in Sport & Exercise Medicine and musculoskeletal care
Experience with diagnostic ultrasound and/or image-guided injections considered an asset
Interest or experience in regenerative medicine and peptide therapies considered an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Willingness to relocate to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
