Job Qualifications I. Eligibility Requirements
Must hold a valid Hong Kong identity and one of theSFC Type 1469 Licences with full professional practice qualifications.
II. Professional Experience
Over 5 years of working experience in family offices, private banks, top-tier PE/VC firms or investment banks. Familiar with family wealth management and the full lifecycle of primary market investment and financing.
III. Practical Expertise
Hands-on experience in fund deployment, capital pool management and risk control system establishment. Candidates with proven experience leading or participating in primary market investment and financing projects are preferred.
IV. Professional Background
Overseas study or work experience required. Well-versed in financial market regulations across mainland China and overseas, as well as cross-border capital operation procedures.
V. Core Competencies

1. Proficient in primary market valuation models, due diligence methodologies, transaction term design and negotiation, and financing structuring. Possess solid expertise in finance, accounting and legal affairs.
2. Keen risk identification skills and strong compliance awareness; capable of independently developing and implementing risk control plans.
3. Excellent communication, coordination and cross-department collaboration skills. Able to work under high pressure with strong execution capabilities.
4. English as a working language; proficient in Microsoft Office and various financial data analysis tools.

Impeccable personal integrity, strict adherence to confidentiality rules, and recognition of the operational philosophy and values of the family office.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Law or Finance are preferred. TEM-8 certificate holder or IELTS score of 7.0 and above with fluent oral English.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. High emotional intelligence, intellectual competence and management skills. Competent in data analysis, report compilation and data visualization.
4. Outstanding communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of responsibility and resilience to work pressure. Meticulous, detail-oriented, with sound risk anticipation and confidentiality awareness.
