Fort Collins, CO | Established in 1959, The Fort Collins Country Club is one of the most amenitized privately-owned country clubs in Northern Colorado, featuring everything from championship golf programs and beautiful, park-style, tree-lined golf course to tennis, swimming, and fitness facilities and programming that engage the whole family.

The mission of the Fort Collins Country Club is that we are a family-oriented country club that delivers a prized golf experience, renowed tennis program, and a celebrated culinary approach - we operate with one guiding principle - that the member experience matters most.

GOLF

The Fort Collins Country Club's 18-hole golf course is a hidden gem, featuring majestic tree-lined fairways and tremendous views of the Rocky Mountains and nearby lakes. We host several tournaments, social events, and fun throughout the year for Men, Women, Couples, and Juniors. Members also enjoy access to two indoor simulators year-round.

RENOVATION PROJECT

Fort Collins Country Club is undergoing an exciting transformation with a $3.2 million renovation of our Golf Shop, Locker Rooms, and Cafe. Contruction began in September 2025, with completion anticipated in May 2026.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 3-years work experience, preferably as a Class A Golf Professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A clear understanding of the club culture and the importance of member experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Present themselves with a postive, respectful, and highly visible presence to the membership.
• Strong Golf Operations acumen with the ability to administer elite member golf events.
• Responsible for the execution of all Men's major and weekly events.
• Book and execute all Monday golf outings.
• Order and receivce hard goods in line with the budget and merchandise plan.
• Schedule and promote all fitting days.
• Develop staff schedule for the Golf Shop.
• Play golf with members of all abilities.
• Provide superior customer service to members and guests.
• Ability to work in varied conditions including indoor and outdoor settings, heat or cold, weedends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
