Overview

The Club at Quail Ridge is a private, member-owned club located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The community is centered around its two championship golf courses and state-of-the-art practice facility. The former home club of Sam Snead and Claude Harmon, and current home to approximately 100 single-digit handicap golfers.

A successful individual in this position will be one that is outgoing and has an uncanny ability to make others feel welcomed. This Senior Assistant Professional position will assist the entire operation by supporting additional assistants, shop employees and outside services to ensure a high level of service and execution. This position is for an individual looking to advance their career and use this position as the stepping stone towards a Head Professional position.

We value work-life balance, as a typically work week includes 40-50 hours with two days off and flexible scheduling.

Experience Required

Class-A PGA Professional preferred
3 years experience at a private club
Golf Genius tournament software & Jonas POS

Essential Responsibilities

Play a lead role in Tournament Operations
Build Teaching Portfolio
Club Repair
Assist with pace of play management
Junior Golf
Assist with management of seasonal assistant professionals
Playing golf with membership
Represent Quail Ridge in PGA section & chapter events
