The Clinical Research Support Office, within the Senior Vice Chancellor of Health Science, is seeking a Administrative Assistant. The individual in this role will Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments. Will work with the Director of the CRSO to ensure that studies are being administratively managed and can assist with data entry and creation of lab kits, as well as other administrative research tasks. The candidate will also interface with the HSCRF admin team to assist with purchasing and various other administrative tasks . The University reserves the right to assign additional duties not listed here. Manages office workflow, projects, and schedules; serves as primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Develops agendas and meeting materials; coordinates special events. Proposes solutions to moderately complex problems; identifies improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Prepares and edits various technical documents, including financial reports, presentation materials, procedural manuals, content on department website, publications, and routine correspondence; uses established guidelines and proper formatting; ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and materials. Assists Director with budget preparations, assist with customer billing information; assists with purchases and obtaining vendor on quotes. Performs a variety of clerical duties, including updating content on department website, filing paperwork, coordinating travel arrangements, and data entry.
