• You'll join a growing dermatology team consisting of physicians and experienced advanced practice providers
• Practice mix is approximately 95% medical dermatology with opportunities to expand cosmetic services
• Physicians focus on higher-acuity cases while APPs help manage lower-complexity visits
• Efficient workflow with strong MA support and patient demand already booked out months in advance

Schedule

• Four-day workweek with flexibility for additional half-day scheduling if desired
• No call responsibilities, allowing for strong work-life balance
• High-volume outpatient practice with the ability to see 40-50 patients per day with support staff
• Established clinic operations and streamlined EMR system help maximize efficiency

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary around $450,000 with additional collections-based earning potential
