Description
Twin Bridges Golf Club is seeking a Player Assistant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. As a key member of the operations team, the Player Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the course. In addition, a marshal needs to provide our guests high quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Must be dependable
- Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional appearance
- Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses
- Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play
- Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns
- Monitor course cleanliness
- Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed
- Advises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issues
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned
