Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Physical Therapist for a direct hire opportunity in Del Mar, CA.
The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $60 and $67. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and recover from injury or illness. This role requires strong clinical expertise, a patient-centered approach, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
Orthopedic experience required
Previous clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
