Shifts: M-F (8 am -5:00pm) no weekends or on-call requirements

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist with expertise in neuro-based care, balance, and fall prevention to join our team. This role is based at our Hilton Head office and focuses on providing specialized care for patients needing balance and general neuro care, including treatment for vertigo. As a key part of our community-focused program, the ideal candidate will help us maintain and grow this essential service for local residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized physical therapy services with a focus on balance, fall prevention, and general neuro care.
• Evaluate and treat patients with neurological conditions, including those with vertigo and related balance disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve balance, prevent falls, and manage neuro-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience in neuro-based care/Ortho/Pelvic and balance-related treatments.
• Knowledge and skills in treating patients with vertigo and other vestibular disorders.
• LSVT certification (a plus)
