Practice Overview

Schedule
- 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
- Clinic hours typically 8:00a to 5:00p
- Consistent surgical volume in an eye-focused ambulatory surgery center
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary 400,000 to 450,000 plus sign-on bonus, retention bonus, and relocation support
- Partnership eligibility after 24 months
- Full benefits including health insurance, malpractice, disability, licensure reimbursement, and 401k with 3 percent match
- 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays
- 5,000 CME allowance
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
- Comfort with high-volume cataract surgery preferred
- New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
- No visa sponsorship available
