OBGYN Opportunity in Roanoke Rapids, NC

The Role

• Full-spectrum OB/GYN with a 60/40 OB and GYN mix, including in-office procedures and OR access for surgical cases
• Procedures include wellness exams, IUDs with anesthesia, MyoSure, myomectomy, hysteroscopy, TLH, and TAH
• Clinic runs Monday through Friday with a 4.5-day workweek and a dedicated half-day for admin time
• Average 18 to 20 patients per day with L&D RN triage support to reduce unnecessary call-ins
• Primary call is 1:6 in 7-day blocks with backup call at 1:4

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary starting at $400,000, negotiable, plus a generous call stipend
• Sign-on bonus of $40,000 to $60,000 with options to apply portions early as a residency stipend
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000

• 15 days PTO year one plus personal and self-care days; 5 CME days and $3,000 allowance
• FTCA malpractice coverage and loan repayment eligibility through NHSC, SLRP, and PSLF

You'll Need

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Comfort with a true mix of OB and GYN including routine office procedures and common GYN surgeries
• Team-first mindset and genuine interest in serving a rural community
