Description
The Department of Neurology at Tulane University School of Medicine seeks to hire a neuroimmunologist/multiple sclerosis neurologist. This faculty member will maintain an outpatient clinical practice at Tulane's main teaching hospital; and resident clinic supervision. You will engage in a small amount of inpatient general neurology teaching service over the course of the year, at a frequency commensurate with their peers.
This is a high-impact, open-rank position where you'll report directly to the Department Chair. Tulane offers a robust academic environment that fully supports the tripartite mission:
- Academics & Research: Mentor and teach our Neurology Residents and Medical Students, and actively pursue your clinical research interests with dedicated support.
- Clinical Practice: Deliver specialized, high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Maintain a specialty clinic focused on MS and Neuroimmunology.

Through our partnership with the LSU Department of Neurology and community neurology partners, Tulane Neurology and the LCMC Health neuroscience service line aspire to developing a multidisciplinary Neuroimmunology/MS Center of Excellence to serve greater New Orleans, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast and South-Central US regions.
