We are a busy, patient-focused OB/GYN practice seeking a self-motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a caring bedside manner, and the ability to work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Prior experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting is required; experience specifically in women's health or an OB/GYN office is highly desirable.

Primary responsibilities will include obtaining and recording vital signs, collecting and labeling laboratory specimens, administering injections, assisting clinicians during exams, and serving as a liaison between patients and providers. You will prepare and maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure a clean, comfortable environment for patients. Clinical tasks may also include drawing blood (phlebotomy) and performing NST testing; candidates with these skills will be given priority. Competence using electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills are essential for charting and communication.
