- Marketing Assistant
Description
We are looking for a marketing assistant who will work alongside our legal marketing & business development team to support with firmwide marketing initiatives, individual attorney business development plans, and marketing administrative tasks. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong multitasking capabilities, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with executives and peers.

Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain marketing databases and repositories.
- Manage and curate attorney and firm client lists and contacts.
- Monitor client dingers on behalf of attorneys.
- Update and maintain marketing calendar, including award submission deadlines.
- Assist with website management, including copy updates and monthly analytics.
- Assist with posting external marketing content, including blog and website posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media accounts and assist with monthly analytics reporting.
- Assist with updating client pitch promotional materials on a quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed, including HR and IT.
- Miscellaneous ad hoc requests.
Marketing Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is required.
- A degree in marketing, communications, pre-law, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a professional services environment (or a desire to work in a professional services environment) is preferred but not required.
