Job Summary

Perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. Respond to maintenance requests, complete repair projects, maintain building systems, and support facility operations through hands-on maintenance services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance repairs and facility improvement projects.
Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
Complete assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Perform general building maintenance and repair tasks.
Maintain detailed records of completed and ongoing maintenance work.
Assist with snow removal and exterior maintenance.
Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and building repairs.
Replace light bulbs, filters, and other building components as needed.
Use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and repair work.
Ability to use standard maintenance tools and equipment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Availability for on-call maintenance responsibilities.
Prior maintenance experience preferred.
