Practice & Cases

• Outpatient clinic serving primarily patients age 65+
• Chronic disease management including diabetes, CHF, hypertension, and CAD
• No procedures required
• NP, RN, MA, and scribe support available onsite

Schedule

• Monday through Friday daytime schedule
• Clinic hours from 8am to 5pm
• Minimum 3-month assignment commitment
• Coverage split between two nearby Brooklyn clinic locations

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active New York license required
• DEA required

• Lodging, mileage, and rental car support available
• Airfare considered on a case-by-case basis
