About the Role

Applicants should be motivated, heart-centered Licensed Massage Therapists who are excited to be part of a growing holistic wellness space. This is a hybrid role, combining hands-on massage therapy with supportive responsibilities as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA).

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is both skilled in their craft and aligned with a heart-centered approach to care. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on massage therapy and supportive Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities, creating a dynamic and purposeful workday. You will play an integral part in both the clinical experience and the overall flow of the practice—helping to ensure each patient feels cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Requirements

Applicants must hold a current and active Texas Massage Therapy License and be in good standing. Candidates should be confident in providing a range of techniques, including therapeutic, sports, and relaxation-focused massage, with the ability to adapt sessions based on individual client needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, patient-centered environment. 

Massage Therapist Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide customized, results-driven massage therapy tailored to each client’s individual needs. This includes working with athletes in a sports or therapeutic capacity, as well as offering relaxation and recovery-focused sessions for wellness clients. You will assess each client, adapt techniques accordingly, and collaborate within a holistic care model that integrates chiropractic and wellness services to support optimal outcomes.

Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities

As part of the care team, you will also support daily clinic operations by creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, assisting with patient flow and treatment setup, managing and rescheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, calm, and organized environment. This also includes light operational tasks such as laundry, resetting rooms, organizing supplies, and ensuring the space reflects the intention of care from start to finish.
