Position Overview
As a Seasonal Horticultural Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the club's ornamental landscapes, gardens, and clubhouse grounds. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outside, takes pride in their work, and has an interest in horticulture or landscape management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planting, maintenance, and care of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and ornamental beds
• Watering, fertilizing, pruning, and deadheading plant material
• Mulching, weeding, and maintaining clean, well-defined landscape beds
• Supporting seasonal color rotations and landscape enhancements
• Assisting with irrigation tasks and monitoring plant health
• Maintaining a high standard of detail and presentation throughout club grounds

Qualifications

• Interest or background in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
