Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | FT | Nashville, TN We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in the Nashville area. In this full-time role, the PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care, support rehabilitation goals, and improve overall patient outcomes. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training to patients Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for patients Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent organizational and time management skills Previous clinical or outpatient experience preferred but not required Work Schedule: Full-time (typically 36–40 hours per week) Flexible scheduling may be available depending on clinic needs Benefits (if applicable): Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth and development opportunities Work Environment: In-Home environment
