High Meadow Ranch Golf Club is looking for a First Assistant Golf Professional who shows up on time, brings energy, and is obsessed with serving every golfer who steps foot on our property. We want someone who is sociable, humble, adaptable, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a working family. You'll support daily golf operations, lead staff, interact with members and guests, and help maintain the high standards that define High Meadow Ranch Golf Club.

Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of golf , etiquette, and USGA rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with all types of golfers
• Highly dependable with strong time‑management habits
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team environment
• Adaptable to change and willing to learn new systems and responsibilities
• Passion for delivering memorable experiences
• PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA membership preferred

Essential Responsibilities

The First Assistant Golf Professional plays a key role in delivering a world‑class golf experience at High Meadow Ranch Golf Club. This teammate must be energetic, service‑driven, and committed to excellence. You'll help manage daily operations, support staff, and ensure that every golfer feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of.

• Assist the Head Golf Professional in all day‑to‑day golf operations
• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and tournament participants
• Manage scheduling for golf operations staff
• Support membership services and communication
• Oversee outside services including carts, range, and guest flow
• Lead, train, and motivate staff with professionalism and positivity
• Learn and master Club Prophet POS for tee times, sales, reporting, and operations
• Assist with inventory management , receiving, and merchandising
• Support planning and execution of tournaments and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment
• Step into any role on property when needed-flexibility is essential
• Uphold the culture, standards, and expectations of High Meadow Ranch Golf Club
