Kelly Plantation is a semi-private. 18-hole Fred Couples design that is unparalleled to any other on the Emerald Coast. The facility boasts an upscale golf shop and dining facility along with practice facilities that allow both members and guests to stay on top of their game.

The selected candidate for the position can expect a dedicated team of motivated individuals at all levels. A high level of service to both members and guests is consistently delivered and makes Kelly Plantation the highest rated golf experience on the Emerald Coast.

Experience Required

• Bachelors Degree
• PGA Member or Associate (Level 2 or Higher)
• Golf Genius Tournament Software
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the USGA Rules of Golf

Essential Responsibilities

• Leads the golf operations team in providing an outstanding golf experience to both members and guests.
• Assist in organizing and overseeing golf tournaments, events, and outings, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences for all participants.
• Provides professional golf instruction for all groups and levels of players. This is to include private lessons, clinics, playing lessons, junior golf camps and PGA Junior League Golf.
• Plays golf at a high level and plays golf with members of all skill levels.
• Dedicated to progressing throught the PGA Associate program and becoming a Class PGA Professional if not already elected.
• Support the Head Golf Professional in administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with members.
