Position Summary
This leadership role supports and helps lead all facets of golf operations including staff leadership, tournament execution, instruction, merchandising, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily golf operations and tee sheet management
• Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance
• Execute tournaments and leagues using Golf Genius
• Provide instruction and develop player programs
• Manage merchandising and inventory systems
• Oversee outside operations and practice facilities
• Administer GHIN handicap system and rules

Qualifications
• PGA Associate or Class A preferred (or pursuing)
• 2-3 years private club or resort experience
• Experience with Golf Genius, GHIN, POS systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization
• Professional presence and attention to detail

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
• 4-day work week
• One required weekend per month (three weekends off)
• Adjustments for a limited number of major club events

Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
