About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to a busy State Farm Insurance Agency Owner, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a successful insurance agency. Looking for someone who understands the importance of confidentiality and operates with minimal direction. You'll manage a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and serve as a key point of contact for team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the agent's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents for client meetings and presentations.
- Handle client communications, including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Assist with marketing and client outreach efforts.
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Support the agent with daily tasks, project management, and office administration.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships, ensuring the office is well-stocked and efficient.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee time tracking.
- Coordinate team member benefits administration and assist with onboarding processes.
- Help create a positive and professional office environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
