Overview

The Full Time Assistant Golf Professional is a key member of the golf operations team at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club a private 18 hole Gordy Lewis design course. Reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional, this role supports the daily operation of the golf shop and course, delivers an exceptional member and guest experience, and assists in the coordination of tournaments and club events. The Assistant Golf Professional works in close collaboration with the Golfshop Supervisor and Merchandise Manager as part of an integrated, high-performing team.

Experience Required

• Must be enrolled or willing to enroll in the PGA Assoicate or PGM program.
• High School Graduate, GED or Equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Golf Genius software

Essential Responsibilities

This position will assist in the supervision of both the inside and outside operation. The selected individual will be expected to work 40 hours per week. The selected individual will be expected to have availability on weekends and holidays.
