Description- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient setting, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions designed to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nursing staff, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on clinical goals, discharge processes, and at-home exercises to ensure continued progression.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress adhering to facility protocols and regulatory standards.

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Should hold current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification is preferred.

- Prior experience in the field is strongly preferred.
