We are actively recruiting a hands-on, enthusiastic Assistant Manager who will play a central role in running our Burger King restaurants. If you love fast-paced work, enjoy coaching teammates, and pride yourself on delivering great customer service and food consistency, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with front- and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and consistent food standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop crew members; promote a positive and productive work environment through coaching and feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and accurate cash handling to support profitability.
• Create and maintain staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols to protect guests and staff.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in restaurant or retail management is preferred but not required for strong applicants who demonstrate leadership potential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire team performance.
• Reliable and flexible with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
