Practice Overview
- Critical access hospital serving a rural Oregon community
- Current team includes 1 OBGYN, 2 FM-OBs, and 2 APPs
- 50/50 inpatient and outpatient mix during weekdays
- Average of 55 annual deliveries with opportunity for growth
- EMR is EPIC, transfers supported to larger regional centers
- OR supported by CRNAs, surgical nurses, and scrub techs
Schedule
- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
- 24-hour call during working weeks with 20-minute response time
- Monday through Friday includes both clinic and inpatient care
- No clinic duties on weekends
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary 325,000 to 375,000
- 35,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation support
- Full benefits including malpractice coverage
- Retirement options include pension and 401k
- 5,000 CME allowance
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified OBGYN with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Comfortable practicing independently and performing C-sections
- Eligible for or holding an Oregon license
