Description

- Manage patient communications and administrative tasks, including phone calls, scheduling support, prior authorizations, benefit verification, and chart preparation
- Support hearing aid services, including entering audiogram data, assembling devices, and preparing fitting documentation
- Oversee and assist with the hearing aid walk-in repair program for patients needing quick service
- Manage inventory and ordering, including receiving shipments and placing new or replacement orders
- Process hearing aid exchanges and returns
- Perform weekly calibration of audiology equipment to ensure accuracy and readiness

Position may involve travel to additional locations as needed, such as Burlington, Quincy (primary site), and Dedham
Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Solid communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an audiology or hearing aid setting
- Familiarity with hearing aid devices and software
- Troubleshooting skills for hearing aid devices or related equipment
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
