Key Responsibilities

- Oversee efficient end‑to‑end trade operations flow including cash forecasting and cash management, trade processing, settlement, FX execution, NAV support, and lifecycle controls.

- Monitor daily and regular client and regulatory reporting. Oversee fund audits and tax reporting process covering UCITS, US LLC, etc. Maintain updated process flows and procedures for effective operational control oversight and documentation with audit trails.

- Arrange broker account opening and related KYC matters and perform ongoing review and monitoring

- Handle digitalization initiatives: workflow automation, data integration, API connectivity, operational system enhancements, and onboarding new counterparties.

- Collaborate all internal functions to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely issue resolution with external stakeholders.

- Support new products across authorized funds, private funds, mandates, and multi‑jurisdiction structures.

Job Requirements

- Over 3 years front, or middle to back office experience from asset management firm (ETF related experience is a plus) and related knowledge in investment operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Computer science, Data analytics or related discipline.

- Experience with digitalized operating models is a plus.

- Automation and data analytics capability (Python, SQL knowledge preferred).

- Strong communication skills; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.

- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Hands‑on, proactive working style.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate level.
