Description

1. Assist team head and manage the entire product development process from providing product strategy insights and ideas to regional and global strategies to managing resolving any post-launch issues.
2. Involved in the product design process in accordance with business strategies in local and overseas markets and implement relevant measures to drive product initiatives.
3. Manage product initiatives by liaising across various business units including investment team, risk management team, compliance team, sales & marketing team, finance and any external service providers etc. to ensure successful product launches and maintain ongoing product management.
4. Make recommendations to business units to enhance competitiveness of product range e.g. introduction of share classes and make relevant changes according to regulatory changes
5. Review the current workflow and identify rooms for streamlining the product development process as well as operation process so as to ensure operation capability is ready for new or revamped products.
6. Continually update knowledge of industry standards and developments especially regulatory changes which impact product launches or existing product range and communicate internally.

1. A degree holder, with extensive experience in the asset management industry.
2. Minimum 7-10 years' of product development experience.
3. Familiar with the legal and regulatory framework for fund vehicles under various jurisdictions.
4. Knowledge across a broad spectrum of investment capabilities including equity, fixed income, alternative investment, quant and ETF products.
5. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in dealing with different level of staff.
6. Excellent project management skills.
7. Self-driven, result-oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed.
8. Proficient in written & spoken English & Mandarin.
9. Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
