Founded in 1906, Crawfordsville Country Club is one of Indiana's oldest and most storied clubs. Once the summer home of General Lew Wallace, the grounds he named Water Babble, remain just as idyllic today, with natural springs, Sugar Creek views, and lush landscapes providing a serene backdrop for members to relax, connect, and play. Crawfordsville Country Club became a fully private club once again on April 1, 2026. There are currently close to 600 members supporting the Club and it's operations!

Two Years of Experience in the golf industry is preferred.

Certified Pesticide Applicator is preferred.

A Knowledge of Mechanical Work is preferred.

A Knowledge of the irrigation system is preferred.

Resolves problems, mediates conflicts, and determines appropriate solutions. Encourages regular communication and promotes teamwork.

Assists with hiring and training employees.

Monitors work progress and quality, and schedules employees.

Establishes priorities and assigns daily responsibilities.

Work a minimum of 5 days per week. Hours will fluctuate each day based on work necessary to complete responsibilities.
