Description

The Sagamore Club is now accepting applications for the position of Assistant Superintendent. The Sagamore Club is a Jack Nicklaus signature designed private club located in Noblesville, Indiana (NE side of Indianapolis). The Assistant will work closely with the Superintendent along with the crew in planning, supervising/scheduling, and leading of crew members in all aspects of golf course maintenance. Perform routine chemical and fertilizer applications throughout the course and responsible for irrigation management/repair.

Previous management experience at a golf course preferred but not required. Creeping Bentgrass management experience preferred but not required. Must be a goal oriented worker with desire to further one's career in the turf industry. Category 3b certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Knowledge or Rainbird irrigation controls and software a plus.
