Overview

International Country Club is a private member owned club in Fairfax , VA. The club recently finished a 12+ million dollar clubhouse renovation with two indoor teaching/simulator bays (trackman). The golf course was also recently renovated with all new bunkers.

We are seeking an Assistant Professional with a strong desire to become a Head Professional. Must be self motivated. Looking for someone that is a PGA or LPGA Member preferred.

Experience Required

• LPGA or PGA Apprentice
• College Degree (PGM or other) preferred
• Must have experience in golf operations
• Must have experience in retail golf merchandise operations
• Must have experience conducting golf outings/events
• Must have experience teaching Junior Golf

Essential Responsibilities

• Servicing the members/guests of International Country Club
• Must have strong guest service skills and training
• Supervise entire golf staff and day to day operation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Junior Golf and all related Junior Golf Programs
• Tournament Management
• Teaching/Clinics
• Playing with members
• Minor club repair
• Handicap management
• Develop a thorough understanding of golf operation
