We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader with a strong background in food and beverage operations to oversee the pool area within the hotel. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the pool, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Schedule staff, conduct training, and manage forecasting to support business needs
• Ideal candidate will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies and procedures
• Collaborate on planning and execution of special events, driving creativity and hospitality standards
• Monitor and manage food and beverage cost controls to optimize profitability

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and cost control practices is highly desirable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
