Experience Required

• PGA Associate or higher
• Exceptional Member/Guest Services
• Proficient in Golf Genius, Microsoft and Club Management Software
• Instruction of all levels of players
• Playing ability

Essential Responsibilities

The Assistant Professional's duties are expected to be, but not limited, to the following:

• Display a hands-on attitude and willingness to learn all golf and retail operations.
• Positively enhance the "laid-back" culture of the club to elevate member/guestexperiences.
• Work alongside a driven and diverse team focused on mentorship, career progression,and serving the membership.
• Assist in the preparation and running of all tournaments.
• Display a passion for teaching and coaching and a willingness to grow in the areas ofprivate instruction and club fitting.
• Play golf weekly with membership and travel for Pro Member events.
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the golf shop including check-ins, sellingmerchandise, and elevating the players experience.
• Assist in the management of our inside and outside service team. 
• Play a team role in running Club events and weekly member play days.
• Assist in the development and management of Player Development Programs, such asLadies & Juniors group programs, Junior Golf Camps, and player development clinics.
• Take an active role in merchandise inventory management and purchasing.
