Monroe Golf Club is searching for driven and enthusiastic Assistant to join our Golf Professional Staff team. As part of our team, you won't just observe-you'll take an active role in all areas of the golf operation, daily member engagement, player development and tournament execution while being submersed in the collaborative culture designed to prepare you for a successful career in the golf industry.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Monroe Daily Play Experience
  • Greet Members & Guest upon arrival
  • Anticipate Play & Assist the Golf Services Team in managing the Daily Play
  • Manage Billing Procedures for Daily Member and Guest Activity
• Golf Shop & Team Support
  • Process Member & Guest Transactions through the Point-of-Sale System
  • Manage Member & Guest Special Order Requests
  • Restock & Maintain proper Inventory Levels
  • Create Visually Appealing Merchandise Displays
  • Administer Demo Club & Club Repair Services in Golf Genius Golf Shop
  • Organize & Oversee the Junior Golf Program
• Tournament Operations
  • Assist in Managing the Men's & Women's Tournament Programs
  • Coordinate & Management of Charity Outings
  • Execution of Golf Genius Tournament Software
• Teaching
  • Participate in Ladies and Junior Player Development programming
  • Teach personalized lessons

COMPENSATION

• Weekly Rate: $20-$23 Per Hour (rate based on experience)
