Overview

Support all aspects of the golf operation to ensure a high quality experience for members and guests.

This role includes customer service, tournament operations, merchandising, teaching/club fitting, and club repair.

Experience Required

Class A8 or PGA Apprentice

1-3 years of golf operations experience is preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage tee sheets, and handle member check-ins.
• Assists with planning and executing member tournaments and outings, including setting up formats, scorecards, and cart signs. Proficiency in Golf Genius Tournament Software.
• Assist with group clinics and junior golf programs. Provide individual club fittings for members and provide club repair as needed.
• Assists with inventory, receiving, tagging, and displaying new merchandise in the golf shop.
• Provides a welcoming environment, answers questions, and resolves complaints to ensure high member and guest satisfaction.
• Display a team first attitude and willingness to learn new skills and learn from current employees.
