Overview

Burnt Store Marina Country Club is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Professional in Punta Gorda, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf operation while supporting the club's daily activities as part of the Troon organization.

Experience Required

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA membership preferred
• Golf Genius / POS experience a plus
• Team-oriented with strong hospitality mindset
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Essential Responsibilities

• Daily golf shop operations
• Member and guest service
• Tournament and event support
• Tee sheet management
• Merchandising and inventory assistance
• Pace of play and first tee operations
• Teaching and player development (preferred)
• Supporting all golf operations alongside the Head Golf Professional and management team
