Woodland Hills Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and service-driven Assistant Golf Professional to join our team and provide exceptional experiences to our members and guests in the Golf Pro Shop and on the course.

As a key member of the Golf Operations team, the Assistant Golf Professional plays an important role in delivering superior service, supporting daily golf operations, and enhancing the overall member and guest experience. This position is ideal for an individual looking to grow their career in the golf industry.

Experience Required

• Previous golf or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for the game of golf and interest in pursuing a career in the golf industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests in the Golf Pro Shop and throughout the facility
• Check in guests, manage tee sheets, and book tee times efficiently
• Maintain accurate knowledge of daily course conditions, tee time availability, and club events
• Utilize the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for greens fees, cart rentals, and merchandise sales
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining proper stock levels
• Ensure the Golf Pro Shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide helpful, accurate information about the course and services
• Assist with golf instruction, clinics, and player development programs (if applicable)
• Uphold and promote the club's standards of Personal Pride and Superior Service
