Experience Required

• College degree preferred
• Experience managing or working within outside operations strongly preferred
• Minimum PGA Level 1 Associate preferred (or actively pursuing PGA Membership)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering a first-class member and guest experience
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outside operations, including bag drop, cart fleet management, practice facilities, and staging areas
• Lead, train, and schedule outside services staff while maintaining high service standards and accountability
• Ensure all carts, practice areas, and staging zones are clean, organized, and fully prepared for daily play and events
• Manage the flow of play from arrival to departure, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for members and guests
• Coordinate closely with the golf shop, starters, and rangers to maintain pace of play and operational efficiency
• Assist with tournament and outing execution, including cart staging, practice facility setup, and on-course logistics
• Monitor and maintain practice facility operations, including range setup, ball inventory, and cleanliness
• Support daily golf shop operations as needed, including check-in, tee sheet management, and guest services
• Uphold Troon service standards and represent the club with professionalism and hospitality at all times
