Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is seeking a self-motivated, passionate Assistant Superintendent to join our agronomy team.

Established in 1969, Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club features an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course that blends seamlessly with the natural beauty of Florida's Gulf Coast. Located along the scenic Highway 30A corridor in Santa Rosa Beach, the club provides a unique coastal golf experience for its members and guests.

In 2021, the golf course underwent a comprehensive renovation led by Bill Bergin of Bergin Golf Designs. The redesign emphasized the natural coastal landscape by incorporating exposed sand areas and reshaping the course to enhance both aesthetics and playability. This transformation was recognized by Golf Inc. Magazine as one of the top course renovations in the country.

We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent who possesses a "whatever it takes" mentality and takes pride in delivering premier playing conditions that rival the best courses along the Gulf Coast and beyond.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Understanding that achieving elite conditions requires flexibility beyond a standard 40-hour work week
• Assisting in the management and leadership of 20-25 person maintenance staff
• Mixing, calibrating, and applying fertilizers and plant protectants safely and accurately
• Experience operating GPS-guided sprayers
• Irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience
• Golf course renovation and grow-in experience preferred
• Willingness to volunteer 1-2 times annually at PGA TOUR events
• Maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
