Overview

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management (Golf Operations, Food & Beverage and Maintenance). Drive revenue through tournaments, merchandise sales and tee sheet management, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and service standards.

The AGM will report directly to the General Manager of Los Lagos Golf Course.

Experience Required

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in golf or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft and social media platforms.
• Ability to work weekends
• Occasional overtime
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Ability to work outdoors
• Able to lift, up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of moderate physical labor

Essential Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities. Recruit, train and manage staff. Assist with creation and management of annual budgets and inventory. Ensure customer experience is first class.

 

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Compensation: $65,000-$75,000
• Hourly wage starting at $30/hour + Bonus
• Additional Benefits: PGA dues, cell phone reimbursement, participation in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
• Paid Time Off: In accordance with company policy.
